1.1 Applicability of Terms

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposited funds. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.4 VIP & Cashback Program

63ok's VIP program has four tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0% weekly cashback. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play. 63ok reserves the right to modify VIP benefits and conditions.

10.1 Closure at User Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, the available balance can be withdrawn through the normal process, provided the withdrawal conditions are met.

10.2 Closure by 63ok

63ok may close or suspend a user's account for the following reasons:

• Serious or repeated violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Use of a false identity or fake information.
• Instructions from a regulatory or legal authority.
• Long-term inactive account (following applicable notice).

The bonus balance of an account closed due to a Terms violation will be forfeited. Whether the original deposit balance is refundable will be determined upon review.
